Easiest (and Safest) Plants to Grow Indoors
The top house plants to consider.
From cleaner air to creative décor, there are many benefits of having indoor plants around the home. If you don't have a green thumb, it can be difficult to know which varieties of plants are suitable for indoor conditions and how to properly care for them. That's why we've rounded up the easiest and safest plants to incorporate into your home living.
Spider Plant
The spider plant has to top any list of fuss-free houseplants. Give them some indirect light and water every 7 to 10 days. The fast-growing shoots produce little €œbabies€ that you can re-pot for added greenery elsewhere.
Aloe
Not just aloe vera, there are many other aloe varieties you can grow easily as houseplants. Very simple to very cheeky, aloe plants are adorable. Aloe plants tend to love the sun, but they can survive in low light conditions. It's best to keep them in full to part sun and sparingly water them.
Snake Plant
Also known as mother-in-law's tongue, this plant is one of those stubborn, low care indoor plants that offer a wide range of health benefits. This drought-resistant succulent won't mind if you put it in the shade or full sun. The best position to grow is where it can receive bright, indirect sunlight and some morning sun as well.
Peace Lily
The bright and white flowers on a peace lily fit well into any décor in your house. The peace lily doesn't mind the low light conditions, although, it prefers some bright, indirect light otherwise it may not bloom. It prefers slightly moist soil, but avoid overwatering it to save it from root rot. While you focus growing these plants into your home, leave your insurance in the capable hands of
